I am a white South African. So, of course that would qualify myself as being a "racist". On the contrary. I classify myself as a liberal. It is either that or get out of the country. Ironically I am out of the country, but that has nothing to do with politics. I have left my beautiful country in search of employment. The economical nature that plagues the world has forced me out. I tried to find a job, but openings weren't there.

I am not going to specify the race of my friends, eventhough I do not see colour, but that is how people are judged these days in South Africa. Being labled a racist is common, even when minding your own business. I am not refering to everyone, but a few unpleasant, highly ranked government officials, who always pull the race card, when it suits them. I am very critcal of the Zuma regime. They are not delivering. They are abusing the money given to them by the tax payers. Since Zuma came into power over 500,000 South Africans have lost their jobs.

Who builds a lavish home in the middle of nowhere? The South African president does. If that isn't frustrating enough to his nation, he decides to build a highway worth milions to access this secluded location. So, back to my views. I have no hope for this man, who has 6 wives, and 21 children. He doesn't give a ____ about the man on the street, who have voted him into power. The Mandela legacy has been disappointing.

I love the people in my country, who are law abiding citizens, but I don't have time for corruption and mismanagement of funds. I am sorry if this write up doesn't apply to your views, but I feel I have every right to have these views. South Africa is in need of change. So even if I will be unemployed later this year, as I return to South Africa. I will make sure I vote for a change in governance, come the 2014 elections.
